A great range of drinks: the bottle shop stocks a broad selection for restocking the boat or bringing something to a sundowner with fellow cruisers.

More at the pub: if you’d rather sit down, the hotel also has a main bar serving local and imported beers, spirits and ciders, plus Beacon’s Bistro, open seven days for lunch (11:30 am – 2:00 pm) and dinner (5:30 pm – 8:00 pm). Its menu runs from seafood to steaks, burgers and pizza. If crew are looking for somewhere to stay ashore: the Lighthouse Hotel Motel has 8 air-conditioned rooms, which suits crew who want a night or two off the boat.

A lift if you need one: the hotel runs a regular courtesy bus on Fridays from 4 pm, Saturdays from 1 pm and Sundays from 12 pm. Call the venue to check it’s running.
